This was my last training week prior to competition, next week I’ll be resting up good and then Sunday I plan on fucking up some shit (and hopefully lifting some weights in the process).
I plan on opening my Squat with 505, and having something around 550 as my 2nd attempt. I’ll open my bench with 300 and see where it goes from there, my bench plans are kinda vague since I’m not used to the bench shirt just yet. For deadlift I’ll open up with 505 too, depending on where my energy levels are. Definitely plan on hitting PRs on all my lifts.
